Practice Gratitude.
Gratitude is someting Life changing.
Last night I had a massive wave of an Anxiety attack, I feel like a failure, and start to worry what am I doing in my life, I was worry about the future, that things could go wrong. When people are trying to be kind to me, I was assuming they always have hidden agendas, and at the end, the will betrays me. And this kind of feeling guarded wasn't making my anxiety easier.
Then I came across to a phone call with my friend Gurav, instead of taking me out of my feeling and told me that everything it's only in my head, he tries to take this to a different point of views.
He reminds me that my worry because I had some of my failures in the past that I am scared of the future. But he also reminds me, despite all that failures, I also make something great out of me. I also have achievements and success.
